Dr. Mullen was the kindest, most compassionate and empathetic doctor I’ve ever had in my many years. I send my deepest heartfelt sympathy to his family and friends. The passing of Dr. Mullen is a loss for all who had the great pleasure to meet and be treated by him.
May the lord bless and give the family and friends peace at this difficult time . He was a very nice Man and Great Doctor . He has treated my three children in the past . He is resting now in the arms of Jesus .

Dr. Mullen was a wonderful Doctor to work with. He was a great doctor and a wonderful man. He has helped and has healed so many including me. We love him and he will be missed terribly. May he rest in peace. God bless all the Mullen Family.
Dr. Mullen changed my life in 1992 with surgery for my chronic sinus issues. After visiting countless other ENT’s Dr. Mullen identified my problem and corrected it in short order. a testament to his skills. through the years and other office visits we became casual friends talking of fishing, and family, and growing older. I knew he had been ill, but the news of his passing has caught me off guard and saddens me deeply. Our thought & prayers are with his family, May he Rest in Peace.
My deepest condolences. I worked with Dr. Mullen at GVH while I was a HOSA student in the late 80’s. Amazing man, generous and kind! I went on to get my nursing license and worked with him many times carrying for his patients and even being a patient of his myself. Love to his family and friends. God give you peace and strength during this difficult time.
While I didn’t know Dr. Mullen for very long. But, the time that I did, I was honored. He was a sweet and generous man. I would see him later in the Halls of the hospital and he was still just as friendly. He will be missed.
Dr. Mullen was a sweet man. He was a joy to work with and loved his patients. He will be greatly missed. May God bless and comfort his family during this season.
I had the pleasure of working with Dr Mullen for about 7 years at the surgery center in Seguin, and was truly blessed by him. He was a very compassionate, loving, and giving man. He was an excellent surgeon, and loved by all those he encountered. He knew how to truly live life. He worked hard, but also made sure to enjoy time off with his wife and kids. I pray for comfort for the family at this difficult time. The world truly lost a wonderful man…he will be greatly missed.
I was saddened to hear of Dr. Mullen’s passing! We knew he was ill, but not to this extent. He was an excellent doctor who genuinely cared about his patients, his kindness & compassion were unsurpassed! He was my daughter’s doctor for most of her early childhood & always took such good care of her & all our family. May he Rest In Peace & May the Lord bless his family during this difficult time!
I have thought about Brooks many times since first meeting him and his wife at our little condo in Rockport. My kids were about 5 and 7 at the time (1992 ?) and he and his wife were the sweetest neighbors you could have down there. We were there about 5 – 8 weeks per year and only remember them being there during one of our weeks but meeting them just made a lasting impression on me. So much so that almost 35 years later I am still wondering about him. God bless his family. I know his kids must also be great folks.
