Diane was known affectionately by many names—Sis, Teresa, Grandma, and Mama. Growing up in a military family, she had the opportunity to live in many wonderful places, including Duck End Green, Rayne, England; Washington D.C.; Montgomery, Alabama; and Schertz, Texas, where she graduated high school. These experiences shaped her adventurous spirit and deep appreciation for people from all walks of life.

Diane was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who cherished her family above all else. One of her greatest treasures was the time spent with loved ones, sharing stories and reminiscing about cherished memories. Diane enjoyed reading, watching The Great British Baking Show, traveling, and playing games with family and friends. She had a gift for bringing people together, and her joyous spirit, wonderfully memorable laugh, and deep love for people left a lasting impact on all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Don and Helen, and her brothers Brett and Don Jr. Diane is survived by her beloved children: Kim (John), Kristin (Brandon), and John (Holly); 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and her brothers Jimmy, Dave, Scott, and Chris. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will miss her dearly.

Diane’s warmth, kindness, and storytelling will forever be remembered by those who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love and family will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.

A celebration of Diane’s life will be held on April 11th at 11 a.m. at the Allen Farmhaus located at 2606 Fm 758, New Braunfels, TX, TX 78130. Following the memorial service, Diane will be interned at Hill Country Memorial Gardens.
