A loving father, husband, grandfather, brother and friend, Mark Alan Frost, age 67, went to be with the Lord on September 13, 2024 in New Braunfels, Texas. He was born on June 10, 1957 in San Antonio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Frost, Jr.-US Air Force and Irene Bonoan (Jack D. Babcock-US Marines).

Early in his life, Mark was a US Army Veteran 2nd Battalion, 62nd Air Defense Artillery as an Operations & Intelligence Assistant, having served overseas in Germany. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, doing crossword puzzles and rock music. Mark was a strong Houston Oilers fan and then a Tennessee Titans fan when the Oilers team moved to Tennessee. He was known for his caring and giving heart and was always willing to help the people around him, at work, at home, and in his neighborhood. He especially enjoyed making people laugh and smile and always found ways to do so.

Mark is survived by his wife, Gina of 33 years; his children: Star Marie Frost Moore (Brian), Nicole R. Morales Ramirez (Toby), Gilbert Castano (LaRae), and Desirae T. Castano; his Grandchildren: Marcus (US Marines), Orion, Evan (US Navy), James, Jack, Emma, Ryan, and Chloe. His Sister, Anna Frost Quesenberry and Brother Philip John Frost (Martha Gomez Frost). He also leaves behind many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In his later years, Mark developed his relationship with Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He will be well remembered and greatly missed. Until we meet again in Heaven, may the Lordโ€™s perpetual light shine upon him always. May he Rest in Eternal Peace.

  1. Mark and I grew up together in the same neighborhood. So sad to hear of his passing. Prayers for him and his entire family tree

  2. Mark was such a nice guy. I enjoyed working with him. I thought he was really good at his job. He will be greatly missed.

  3. Although I only knew Mark a short time, I quickly became aware of his kindness and generosity through the comments and opinions of my coworkers. We all thought very highly of him, and he will be greatly missed.

  4. I worked with Mark and his wife Gina at HEB he was funny always helpful . We would always give each other a hard time on our NFL team cuz he was Titian fan and I am a Cowboy fan . I was so sad to hear of his passing he will be missed .God Bless him and his family .
