  1. My dad, Claude, was truly one of the nicest people I knew. He always thought of others first and was always willing to give any help. Claude had a funny sense of humor. He loved to sing and be silly and he loved to talk. We will miss him so much and I know I’ll see him again in heaven. Bye for now , Dad, I love you.

  2. I meet Claude only a few years ago and was very impressed with his ways and outlook on life.
May he rests in the eternal peace and joy of our Lord Jesus Christ. Margie and I extend our condolences to Dorothy and the rest of the family.

  3. My condolences, love and prayers go out to everyone, from the family, that I know, and friends of Claude.
    God Bless,

  4. I met Claude several years ago, he was a servant of the Lord. He was an inspiration & prayed with Bobby . I truly will miss him but we will meet again one day. My condolences to Dorothy and his family 🙏

  5. Claude you were a wonderful father in law, dad and papa! We will miss you! Love you 💖

  6. We will certainly miss Claude. He was such a nice man and free spirit. He loved Jesus, and he loved singing…whenever we talked music. So I know he is with the Angel Chorus now! Our condolences to Dorothy and his entire family.

  7. Remember you passing by my parents house on the 2200 block of W. Bridge St. with the postal jeep I was sitting on the front porch with my dog in 1968 or 1969 maybe later I can’t remember but you said “Hi” or “how you doing” will never forget that you might say that you were the inspiration for my postal career and “I Thank You my Friend”

  8. Blessings to you, Dorothy, and to all of you in Claude’s family. Be assured he will be remembered fondly as a kind, jovial and faithful man. Actually, I think of him often as I now have the same knee pain that plagued him before his surgery. But I think more about his faithful attendance at the Home Care Group meetings we had at our house and how he tenderly shepherded a man in our church who was showing early signs of Alzheimer’s. Surely our Father greeted him with “Well done, good and faithful servant.”

  9. I remember him as a godly man who loved his family so much. I’m sad to hear he’s gone from them, though grateful for the Lord’s blessing and gift of life in the hereafter.
